It is Michael again. Obviously. Remember, the dressup for the Halloween thing is this wednesday night and you can dress up if you want, but nothing too scary or inapropriate. I just found out that Pastor Lee is moving, and his computer is not in his house yet, so he said he is doing his devotions, just not on the computer. And he will be back on tomorrow. Josh, we all know your Pastor Lee wanna be! just give it up.

Proverbs 28

1The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion. 2For the transgression of a land many are the princes thereof: but by a man of understanding and knowledge the state thereof shall be prolonged.
3A poor man that oppresseth the poor is like a sweeping rain which leaveth no food.
4They that forsake the law praise the wicked: but such as keep the law contend with them.
5Evil men understand not judgment: but they that seek the LORD understand all things.
6Better is the poor that walketh in his uprightness, than he that is perverse in his ways, though he be rich.
7Whoso keepeth the law is a wise son: but he that is a companion of riotous men shameth his father.
8He that by usury and unjust gain increaseth his substance, he shall gather it for him that will pity the poor.
9He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination.
10Whoso causeth the righteous to go astray in an evil way, he shall fall himself into his own pit: but the upright shall have good things in possession.
11The rich man is wise in his own conceit; but the poor that hath understanding searcheth him out.
12When righteous men do rejoice, there is great glory: but when the wicked rise, a man is hidden.
13He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

14Happy is the man that feareth alway: but he that hardeneth his heart shall fall into mischief.
15As a roaring lion, and a ranging bear; so is a wicked ruler over the poor people.

16The prince that wanteth understanding is also a great oppressor: but he that hateth covetousness shall prolong his days.
17A man that doeth violence to the blood of any person shall flee to the pit; let no man stay him.
18Whoso walketh uprightly shall be saved: but he that is perverse in his ways shall fall at once.
19He that tilleth his land shall have plenty of bread: but he that followeth after vain persons shall have poverty enough.
20A faithful man shall abound with blessings: but he that maketh haste to be rich shall not be innocent.
21To have respect of persons is not good: for for a piece of bread that man will transgress.
22He that hasteth to be rich hath an evil eye, and considereth not that poverty shall come upon him.
23He that rebuketh a man afterwards shall find more favour than he that flattereth with the tongue.
24Whoso robbeth his father or his mother, and saith, It is no transgression; the same is the companion of a destroyer.
25He that is of a proud heart stirreth up strife: but he that putteth his trust in the LORD shall be made fat.
26He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.
27He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack: but he that hideth his eyes shall have many a curse.
28When the wicked rise, men hide themselves: but when they perish, the righteous increase.

I would really like to comment on just about every verse, but that would take super long, especially since I am a very slow typer, and I've got to save some for you guys to comment on too.

The verses I found very important were 12, and 13. Verse 12 is saying to us that when righteous men are in control and are always happy, there is happiness everywhere, but when the wicked rule, the people are scared and try to flee. When Hitler was in power, the world was in agony because of all the death and destruction there was. And most of the people in Germany didn't agree with what their leader was doing. I don't blame them.

Verse 13 is saying to us that if we confess a sin to God, He will show mercy because we had the guts to spill our guts out to Him. However, anyone who thinks they can cover their crime (sin) or tries to get away with it, it will result in severe penalty. That will be Hell of course.

Continue to be faithful to Jesus Christ, AND to yourself, because it's ALL to your benefit.

In verse 9 it's basically talking about hypocrisy. Its says that "He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination." To me it means that if you don't follow the rules on purpose then your prayer is an abomination. Also in verse 27 it says that we should give to those less fortunate then us. To me that means a lot because there are many people that need help, but only a few are willing to sacrifice for them.

Ok. so im liking verse 26.☺
Its something you can really think about; i know it is for me anyway.
Its says that putting your trust in your heart is just like putting your trust in your flesh.
Believe it or not, that little "love-organ" between your ribs can really be an awful thing!
The heart is the nucleus of the flesh, and a simple mans heart will only lead him on strongly to what the flesh desires.
A heart that is filled with the world, basically just a heart having the absence of God, will destroy you; the bible calls it foolish to follow!
That kind of ties along with verse 13.
Dont follow that sinful heart of yours, give it to God, forsake the sin, and let Him fill it up!
THEN FOLLOW IT (:

Im a pretty ditsy person and sometimes i think something my heart is saying is right, and i lead myself to something awful. For me, and i dont know how many others, its a really hard thing to give your entire-100%, rebellious, teenage heart to God, but im trying hard and am being faithful the best i can.

Keep God's commandments. If you mess up just confess it, it is better to admit that you have done wrong then to try to hide it. You can't hide it from God anyway! I love the verse 26 "He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered." It stuck out to me the most. God doesn't want us to follow what we think we should do...but follow what God thinks we should do. He holds our future in HIS hands doesn't it just make sense that because God has gone before us and knows what lies ahead that HE would know what is best. God only wants what IS best for our lives.....let HIM have all of it and watch the amzing things HE will do with it. You just have to give it to HIM!

Well i was very confused by alot of the end verses in this passage but what stuck out to me the most was verse 13. we need to confess our sins because we cant get through life on our own we should want God with us by our side. We cant just forget about our sins because we think we are perfect and to good to ask God to forgive us. That doesnt work so if you ask God to forgive you then you will have mercy because he already did everything on the cross but if you dont even care and forget about your sins then you will not be successful. Follow God and the plan He has for your life and not yours, they wont work out well if on your own. see yall 2moro night at church! bye!☺♥☺♥☺♥☺♥☺♥☺

Yeah good job mike especially since I'M NOT BONTAKUN ANYMORE. I is annonymous indeed I am. Second how in the world did that typing seem to ba asian Mr/s. anonymous. Third I never pressed it. Fourth it was mainly you Mike that made this a big deal. Fifth I was having technical difficulties. Sixth I have been having a hard time lately (will explain wednesday), and just to make a seventh If you've ever heard of the tone of your text then you should know that yours sounds very much of a jerk in that last sentence of your intro. Oh and something I just thought of Eight Why would I wanna be half bald like PL I'm already distressed over my current shaved haircut.

Now on to more important matters. Wow look at verse 25, and I always thought I was fat cause I ate too much. Verse seven is so true and its not specifically the law, but it reffers even to rules at school, things your parents tell you, and yes even the law of gravity.
