Good comments yesterday as usual, keep it up!

Psalm 35

19 Let not them that are mine enemies wrongfully rejoice over me: neither let them wink with the eye that hate me without a cause.
20 For they speak not peace: but they devise deceitful matters against them that are quiet in the land.
21 Yea, they opened their mouth wide against me, and said, Aha, aha, our eye hath seen it.
22 This thou hast seen, O LORD: keep not silence: O Lord, be not far from me.
23 Stir up thyself, and awake to my judgment, even unto my cause, my God and my Lord.
24 Judge me, O LORD my God, according to thy righteousness; and let them not rejoice over me.
25 Let them not say in their hearts, Ah, so would we have it: let them not say, We have swallowed him up.
26 Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at mine hurt: let them be clothed with shame and dishonour that magnify themselves against me.
27 Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.
28 And my tongue shall speak of thy righteousness and of thy praise all the day long.

This passage sounds familiar a little, doesn't it? It sounds like what were to happen to us when we were little (if you were bullied). Ever felt like someone would pick on you for no reason? Ever felt like someone would laugh because they thought they were more powerful than you? or laugh like, "aha aha?" Then this passage is for you!

Now read this passage again so you can see something very specific. The psalmist (David) said he wanted God to "...let them..." Are you asking to yourself, "what in the world is Michael talking about? Well what I'm trying to get across with that phrase is David wasn't going to punish the bullies (or wicked men) himself! He wanted God to do it! Because it wasn't his place to take revenge on his own enemies! It was God's!

Revenge is society today has spread like a wildfire, or a cancer, everyone does it! You see the news in different cases with different people doing the same thing! Taking revenge out on their spouce, their brother, their mother, their best friend! and they take revenge on that person for a dumb reason like they stole 43 cents, or their parent didn't let them buy an XBox Live or whatever.

Just never take revenge for a stupid reason, or actually not at all!! God will take care of it! did you HEAR ME, GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF IT!!!!!!!!!

Glad it's FrIdAy! Anyways..
This passage is telling us that lots of people in our society are caught doing the same thing over and over again such as seeking revenge. In this case, noncomformity-(going AGAINST society) is a good thing- You see lots of people hate one another but there is no need to be hate to your enemies because it is God's place to decide what he wants to do, not ours, but we can help them find God by praying for them. It sounds to me if someone is arguing or getting revenge on someone over something extremely little and rediculous like 'hey you stole my pen, now I'm gonna get you back!!' and if they're not joking about it, it kinda sounds like they are just drawing attention to themselves. For example, you'll hear weird things on the news that people do..and we need to remember not to stress about the people who are giving us problems, God will take care of it for us:) Verse 22 is telling us that The Lord won't be far away from us when trouble is brewing. He is always there with us-Now how wonderful is that? I think it's a blessing!

Lol it's so urgent-sounding..GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF IT GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF IT! but it's true.
If you play with fire, you get burned! xP
If you don't like what someone does to you, doesn't that make you just as bad and low as them if you do something to get revenge for what they did to you? What's the point? You're not making yourself seem any better than them. Just let God take care of it. Worry about yourself; you know what's right, just take pity on those that don't have that same privelege; let God take care of them and give them their rightful punishment. He is just, He will know what to do, and they will get what they deserve. So it's just stupid to 'get back at' someone - it just makes you as bad as them.
