Well, this is the same thing that I had you do last night for the gift card, but I didnt realize that everyone would go home and do it that night. So, I just copied and pasted my other blog to this one, Check back tomorrow morning for the next one.

I agree that this passage is talking about the end of time, and how rough that time will be, It is amazing to see how many of those "future events" are happening right now. The most powerful verse for me this morning was verse 12: "and because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold." When we are living in sin, we dont love like we should, and it also shows we dont understand Gods love for us.

Life Application:
I need to avoid sin, so that I done wax cold in my love for the Lord and for others.

Man this is crazy its so frightening thinking about verses 6 and 7 how they say that there's gonna be wars nations hating nations famines and earthquakes, and Jesus says in verse 8 that they will only be the beggining.
I am so thankfull that I'm a christian and don't have to go through the actual tribulation. I kind of feel sorry for those that do have to deal with it, especially its partially our faults as christians for not getting the word to them. Hey remember though just because we aren't gonna go through the tribulation doesn't mean all you guys can just slack off. We all need to be doing our part otherwise we'll propably regret it later.

Even as a Christian its still hard to even begin to comprehend what the world will be going through. As we progress into the future the crime rates are going up and its because we are starting to see the effects of not having God in our lives. Yet people are assuming that this violence is caused by lack of a God all together. I really have a hard time understanding God's love myself, especially since my love as a mortal isn't nearly as unconditional as His. I think that in the future I need to love more and set an example for others, and avoid sin. This will help, I hope, better my understanding of the Lord and His love.
